Exhibition
RX Global
The brief
Working alongside exhibition stand specialists EDB (UK) Ltd, we were commissioned to produce the finished exhibition graphics for RX Global (formerly known as Reed Exhibitions Limited.) across three international trade show projects: two South African Tourism stands for World Travel Market and IBTM, and a BedsXML stand for World Travel Market.
With the stand concepts developed and approved by EDB, our responsibility was to translate the designs into accurate, production-ready artwork. This covered a wide range of applications, including large-format wall graphics, fascias, reception counters, suspended banners and individual exhibitor panels.
Each project came with its own brand guidelines, approved imagery, graphic assets and technical specifications. An additional challenge was the integration of artwork supplied by participating exhibitors and partners, often created to different standards and requiring further preparation.
The brief demanded a consistent visual approach across every element, while ensuring that each graphic was correctly sized, positioned and prepared for production.
Our approach
We began by reviewing EDB’s stand concepts alongside the supplied brand guidelines, imagery and technical requirements, establishing how the graphics would work across the various structures and surfaces.
From there, we developed detailed artwork layouts, selecting and positioning imagery, applying brand elements and ensuring visual consistency throughout the stand. Where appropriate, we suggested refinements to the original graphic treatments, helping to make the most of the available display areas while remaining faithful to the approved concepts.
Particular attention was given to the individual exhibitor and partner panels. Supplied in a variety of formats and resolutions, these frequently required resizing, rebuilding or adapting to meet the demands of large-format production without compromising their original appearance.
Working closely with EDB, we checked dimensions, layouts and artwork specifications before preparing the final files for manufacture. The result was a coordinated suite of exhibition graphics, bringing together multiple brands, messages and formats within a cohesive stand environment.
